Pricing & Packages
Every package is a fully custom-coded, mobile-responsive website — no templates, no page builders. The Starter ($1,500) gets you up to 5 pages, a contact form, basic SEO & AEO, and a 1–2 week turnaround. The Growth ($3,500) is our most popular — up to 10 pages, local SEO & AEO, and support for scheduling, AI chatbot, social integration, and CRM analytics. Premium ($7,500+) is a fully custom engagement with 10+ pages and every feature built in, delivered in 4–8 weeks. Features marked with an asterisk on the pricing page (scheduling, AI chatbot, social integration, e-commerce) are available as add-ons on Starter and Growth.
No — care plans are optional. Every site includes a Hosting Plan ($35/mo) that covers managed hosting, domain & SSL, uptime monitoring, and security updates. That's the only ongoing requirement to keep your site live. If you want active support — content updates, monthly performance reports, SEO optimization, or a direct line for priority response — that's what our Peace of Mind ($200/mo) and Growth Partner ($400/mo) plans are for. Most clients find the peace of mind is worth it, but it's always your choice.
The Hosting Plan ($35/mo) is infrastructure only — it keeps your site live, secure, and up to date. Peace of Mind ($200/mo) adds 2 hours of monthly content updates, a monthly performance report, next-business-day priority support, and SEO & AEO optimization. Growth Partner ($400/mo) upgrades to 4 hours of content updates and same-day priority support. Annual commitments on any plan receive a 10% discount.
Yes. Add-ons like AI chatbot, scheduling integration, e-commerce, additional pages, or a CMS can be added at any time after launch. Nothing is locked at the package level — your site grows as your business does.
Projects are structured as 50% due at signing to begin work, and the remaining 50% due at launch. If your situation calls for something different, bring it up on the strategy call and we'll talk through it.
The build package is a flat, one-time fee split across two payments. After that, the only required ongoing cost is the Hosting Plan at $35/month. Care plans are optional upgrades. Any add-ons with monthly fees (AI chatbot, SEO tracking, Eclipse Scheduling) are clearly listed upfront — no surprises.
Process & Timeline
It starts with a free 30-minute strategy call. We learn about your business, your goals, and what your site needs to do. From there, we send a proposal and contract. Once the deposit is paid, you fill out an intake form — logo, photos, copy, and any reference sites you like. We design and build, share the site for your review, incorporate your feedback, and launch. After launch, your Hosting Plan activates and any care plan or add-ons you've selected go live alongside it.
Starter builds take 1–2 weeks. Growth packages run 2–4 weeks. Premium builds are 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. The biggest delays almost always come from waiting on content or feedback — the faster you can respond, the faster we can move. Rush delivery is available on any package for an additional 20%.
After the strategy call and signed agreement, you'll complete an intake form covering your business basics, services, target customers, branding assets (logo, colors, fonts if you have them), and any photos. The more complete your intake, the faster the build goes.
If you want to manage content yourself, we can add a Blog/CMS setup ($800) that gives you an admin panel to update pages, add posts, or make edits without touching code. Otherwise, content updates are handled through your care plan — submit a request and we take care of it within your monthly hours.
Content updates are included in the Peace of Mind and Growth Partner care plans (2 and 4 hours/month respectively). For anything larger — new pages, feature additions, redesigns — we scope it as a separate project at an agreed rate. If you're on the Hosting Plan only, ad-hoc update requests are billed at an hourly rate.
Tech & Hosting
All sites are deployed on Vercel, one of the fastest and most reliable hosting platforms available. Your data is backed by Supabase. You're not on a shared WordPress server or a drag-and-drop builder — your site is built and hosted the way modern tech companies build their products.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own your website and all its code. We don't lock you into a proprietary platform — you can take it anywhere. Most clients stay because the care plan is genuinely valuable, but that's always your call.
Every site we build is fully mobile-responsive from day one. We design and test across screen sizes so your site looks and functions correctly on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Very fast. Because we build with code rather than heavy page builders or plugin stacks, your site stays lean. We optimize images, minimize load times, and deploy on Vercel's global CDN. Speed is also a direct ranking factor in Google — fast sites have a measurable SEO advantage over slow ones.
AI Chatbot
The chatbot greets visitors, answers questions about your business, captures leads, and guides customers toward booking — automatically, around the clock. It's trained on your specific business: your services, pricing, hours, policies, and FAQs. Instead of a visitor leaving because they couldn't find an answer, the chatbot handles it instantly.
The Standard chatbot ($600 + $50/mo) is Gemini-powered and handles the core use cases well — FAQ answering, lead capture, and basic booking flows. It's a strong fit for most small businesses. The Premium chatbot ($1,500 + $75/mo) is a fully custom build on the Claude API. It supports advanced conversation logic, complex multi-step workflows, and full client ownership of the deployment. If your business has nuanced intake questions or complex service offerings, Premium is the right call.
Before we build, you fill out a knowledge base questionnaire covering your services, pricing, hours, location, booking process, common FAQs, and the tone you want the bot to use. We use that to write its training content and system instructions. As part of your care plan, we review and optimize the chatbot monthly and update it whenever your information changes.
Working Together
Our roots are in Frisco and the DFW area, and that's where most of our clients are. That said, the work is remote-friendly by nature — we can handle the full project process without needing to be in the same city. If you're outside DFW and interested, reach out and we'll go from there.
